پادکست چهار نعل: The seventy-third episode of Radio Charanall is a conversation with Professor Alireza Mirzaei about the standards of equestrian clubs.

خلاصه

In the seventy-third episode of Radio Chaharnal, Professor Alireza Mirzaei examines the standardization of equestrian clubs and discusses the challenges and opportunities in this area. He emphasizes the importance of creating scoring and evaluation criteria for the quality of services and facilities of the clubs and mentions the lack of sufficient information for horse owners and clear contracts between trainers and owners as major issues. Professor Mirzaei stresses the need to raise awareness among riders and club managers and suggests that by holding educational clinics and creating information systems, the knowledge level of the equestrian community can be increased. He also points out the necessity of grading clubs and the continuous training of trainers and managers and hopes that collaboration between club owners and officials will lead to improved service quality and enhanced management in this field.

متن کامل گفتگو

In the name of God, I extend my greetings and respect to all of you, the good and lovely listeners of the radio.

With episode seventy-three of Radio 4, I am once again your guest, and you will hear about a very important topic in this program. Although this program was recorded last year and was part of the second live television program of Radio Chahar Naal with Professor Alireza Mirzaei, you can easily watch the video file of this podcast on YouTube of Radio Chahar Naal. But since all the content produced on Radio Chahar eventually becomes a podcast, episode 73 follows the same pattern.

In this program, we had an extensive discussion with Professor Mirzaei about the standardization of equestrian clubs and how clubs can be ranked and standardized. My colleagues in this episode, as always, are dear Farshid Jahanbazi, the designer of this episode's poster, dear Negar Goudarzi with that heavenly voice, and Erfan Moghaddam, the composer of the opening and closing themes of the Radio Chahar Naal podcast. I hope you enjoy listening to these discussions, and in the end, I also pray.

Let's listen to episode seventy-three together. In the name of God, I extend my greetings and respect to all of you, the good audience of Radio Charl.

And as always, I am grateful for the presence of each and every one of you dear ones and your support, which has given me the energy to bring the second television segment live on Aparat. Before anything else, to make it easier for you to watch this video and for dear friends who watch the program's Instagram live, with a simple search on Google or any browser you have on your phone or TV, search for Aparat live broadcast, and it is quite clear in the live broadcast that sports programs are on air. In this live broadcast session, we discussed one of the important topics of the equestrian community, which for various reasons has experienced significant fluctuations in recent years, causing all of us who are somehow involved in the core to be caught in this turmoil, the topic of club management.

Today, I invited my esteemed teacher, Mr. Alireza Khan Mirzaei, to be with me in this program because he is arguably the only person who has been able to compile a chart of the horse management, club management, and boarding system and provide it to us as a reference. Sir, thank you again for accepting my invitation and honoring us. I know it was your rest day, and you have a lot of greetings. Please go ahead, and we are at your service. Thank you very much. With greetings to the dear viewers, dear Mr. Pourheidari and his esteemed colleagues who have given me the time to actually discuss topics that can lead to the growth or lack of growth of equestrianism in the country. I am very grateful, your kindness has honored me, and I am a guest of the good program. If you allow me, during the conversation for many systems, Mr. Ali, in recent years, the last 10 years, our inflation fluctuations.

It has had a very terrible impact on the system, and unfortunately, because we had no reference or source in the construction and management of our clubs, whether from its construction or financial resource management. I want to see that you, as a person who has ridden for over 50 years and has a lot of experience, and I personally know that you are very studious, you collect references, and I know you have a very valuable library, the result of your studies and the method you went in the club management system, if we want to standardize an equestrian club in general.

To standardize, include elements and items in it, and label it as an equestrian club, what can it generally be? Let me tell you that before starting this discussion, I made a small inference from your remarks, which let me explain. The growth, development, and increase of equestrian clubs in the country, like other things, occur with a motivation. This motivation, before anything else, is money. That is, when money is found somewhere, a money collector is also found.

And sometimes you come to invest in offering a product nationwide, you set up a chain store, you come in a scientific format, you put scientific managers on it, you put skilled managers on it, and naturally, you make logical deductions, very good results are obtained. Sometimes, no, like scattered grocery stores, you see that everyone has taken a small basement and made it a grocery store, and there is no supervision over the supply, they can even sell non-standard goods there. When there is no supervision over it, imagine it, develop it, and reach equestrian sports. After the revolution, I can have a small look at before the revolution. In my young age, I saw some things and saw things that remained from that time until years after the revolution, and I saw the trend, I can't call it regression, I can't say it, because equestrianism has grown in some areas. The first topic is the population. If this population grew with the culture of that time.

We might have achieved much better results. But the culture of making money has dominated this sport before anything else. Everyone who arrives, without offending many of my friends, I am speaking generally, starts the topic from its end, which is making money. That is, its knowledge, its mathematics, its time, becoming professional in what it wants to do, comes after making money. Now you can.

Now compare it for many friends, start from your coaching and come down. We hear how much the word master is used. You kindly call me that, despite the fact that I am not a master, really no, we really aren't. See, where there are greats like Babakan Shaki, who are we? No, really, who are we? This is the whole issue. In an equestrian club, it is the same. In an equestrian club, first, we must reach the point that this club is being established for what purpose, who is its target, what is its goal. If we have a club.

We think about it in the city center, we must know that we cannot produce professional horses and riders from this club. In its sports view, we cannot do it. We are speaking generally. Big goals must have big plans on them. The place for equestrian sports is outside the city. The closer it gets to the city center, even in the context of standardization, in standardization, one of the elements that you place your hand on, what score a club gets in the standard format.

With this explanation in parentheses, I prepared a standard for my country's equestrian club about 8-10 years ago, which was approved by authorities at that time, and currently, I teach this subject of regulations and standards in its club format at my university's applied science center. Mr. Kazemian, who was the secretary of the board at that time, supported this topic regarding where the clubs stand. We had a scoring criterion; we even came up with this using statistical models.

We completed it as part of a master's thesis, meaning a scientific work was done on it, not just a subjective task. We examined this topic across different age groups, educational levels, skill levels, and even different genders in various indices. One of the important aspects of this topic is accessibility, but accessibility is one of the secondary or tertiary important factors. There are many other topics.

That even in today's time-consuming society with the traffic of metropolises like Tehran, it holds a higher level of importance because you might travel a route in 15 minutes and find it pleasant, but travel the same route in an hour, and the quality of maintenance, service quality, or that system based on the mental need you have and the goal you have, changes a lot. These limitations usually increase the closer we get to the city, meaning operational limitations.

However, how a club is viewed in its format from a sports perspective is a topic of how much sports facilities exist in various disciplines. Indicators have been defined for these, items have been compiled, reviewed, and scored, and in fact, valued. The next discussion is about horse hoteling, which is how the horse is maintained.

On what basis is it maintained, what facilities are available for the horse's maintenance, and the third discussion is about people hoteling. These people include resident horse caretakers to technical staff to clients, and what they provide. Now, let's also look at the clients here, where the technical staff must have specifications in terms of their knowledge of horse maintenance and their knowledge of sports work and what expectations we have from that environment, but clients are also very influential in this topic.

One of the shortcomings, in my opinion, that we have in today's equestrian community is that our horse owners do not have enough information about where they are located. That is, the issues are that there is no reference for what factors I, as a horse owner, should consider in the club. It's bigger than this; see, we have no contract between the coach and the owner, they don't write it, no.

We have nothing that, sir, you are better informed than anyone about the issuance of coaching cards. The coaching card that is issued, the responsibilities that a coach has, where does he commit to the other party, where does he give relative commitments to the health of the person who comes. The nature of this sport is something dangerous; the nature of this sport has more danger in it than other sports, but do we have the wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and necessary planning and drafting to preserve this, and have we done it?

Do we have such a thing, now how do we commit to the person who comes through the door and entrusts life, property, reputation, and everything to us, trusts the coach because he has come with love, with heart? Many people just say it's a horse, let's hug it, meaning they don't even think about what consequences this hugging has. It's our duty to enlighten them in the first place. Do we have this knowledge? Do we really consider ourselves coaches in this matter, that by enlightening people, we see our interests in it or in keeping them unaware?

Unfortunately, in this grading discussion, the exemplary riding club, unfortunately, anything before Norouzabad Club, Farahabad Club, in terms of structural standards of an equestrian club, has the highest scores because everything is calculated in it. But when money started flowing in, if I had a piece of land somewhere, I came and made four boxes, said a small paddock, and called it an equestrian club, may it be far from you, far from the respected professors.

The person standing in the middle doesn't matter who he is, they call him a master and advertise on Instagram, even advertising their hookah. Well, you see, we have realities that sometimes we bury our heads in the sand like an ostrich, not to see, sometimes we are looking for a way. We have become familiar with a new phenomenon in society that you have certainly seen, and all our dear viewers, equestrian bloggers have become very numerous, well, there is a reason. The reason is what I just mentioned.

Horse owners, those who come with love and think about horses, consider us a reference, but we must refer to a reference, and that is the book. Yes, which of the respected coaches, when they make a statement, say according to the late Mr. Nejadi at that scientific level that you know, he was an excellent student of the advanced Samur course, whenever we asked the late Mr. Nejadi a question, he would humbly say that as far as I know, it is like this, but ask others too, see what the book says.

Do you understand, as far as I know, which of us are all divine revelations, I mean, what I say, the other says wrong. Our way is to destroy others, our method of growth is to rely on references written in the books of the last three decades, four decades. We are now talking about the Bushehrism school, talking about the Addictions school, for someone who does not know the basic principles of equestrianism.

In our equestrian training, we say the reason for the exercises is this, but we don't say which exercise is from where, what each exercise does, its reason. We don't say the reason for many things, because saying that reason requires study, requires a strong background that you can. Why is it the same in the riding club? Sir, let me give you this explanation again, until the time of the death of Jam Sang Nesati, may God have mercy on him, in 1999, I was mainly.

A spender in riding, from the time he passed away, I started. Besides, in all the competitions I participated in until 5 years ago, except for two competitions, I only rode horses under my ownership, for 5 years only horses under my ownership, I never rode someone else's horse, meaning as an equestrian who makes a living from this, I was never in the field, therefore, I was a horse owner, you are aware.

I have managed mares, trained horses, and now for years, I have been teaching younger people. On this side, I am also looking at it, currently in collaboration and partnership with the Shakouri family, which is actually where I work. Of course, this is not about advertising work; I want to tell you that I am also involved in club management, meaning I am looking at it from the perspective of a club owner for the benefits, for the livelihood, I have seen both the main aspect and those who come to me.

They ride, and their interests must be preserved in relation to the club, and I must also help manage the club's work so that the club owner's interests are preserved. Most of our clubs are currently leased, which is a big problem because when the owner is not passionate about the club's title, it is very natural for the person who comes to be looking for their temporary benefits, meaning we must look at everything, it's not that we say, sir.

The club owner does not have the right to charge a lot of money because the club owner has the right to charge a reasonable amount.

Who defines reasonable money?

Now the main question is, who defines logic?

What is the standard, and what is the purpose of establishing that club?

Mr. Pourheidari, I will give you an example of a club.

In our Azmoon club, we have satisfied and dissatisfied people.

Like this club where I am at your service, like all clubs, we have satisfied people and dissatisfied people.

When is someone satisfied, and when is someone dissatisfied?

When someone's purpose for being there is fulfilled, they are satisfied at the price they think.

When it is not fulfilled, they are dissatisfied.

I might think that most of the country's competitions are held at the Azmoon club.

I take my horse there and deal with its shortcomings.

I pay less for transportation and the risk of the competition horse, and this compensates for it.

Sometimes I see no, the Azmoon club is more cost-effective for me, but the person I want to work with is not there.

I accept a longer distance.

See, there are many indicators that are decisive, but all of these go back to knowledge.

The knowledge of the people who come into equestrianism and secondly, where their goals from their path are.

Exactly where do they want to go?

Once, one of my friends said in a conversation we had that people's priorities are different.

The priorities of riders are different.

There is someone who says I just want to take this cup in ownership, the price doesn't matter.

Any price doesn't matter.

You say give 50 million, I give.

You say give 100 million, I give.

You say give 2 billion, I give.

I take this cup.

This is one perspective.

There is someone who says no, I have someone in my system who comes and goes 70 kilometers every morning.

Every day they come, they come in the morning, they go at night.

What else but love can bring and take this person in this traffic?

Believe me, I, who deal with this person daily, always think, what does it mean?

How is it possible?

What logic do you follow?

And maybe they haven't been able to get everything they want quickly, but they are doing it.

See how different perspectives are.

There is a person who comes looking for art.

Personally, I once heard this from Mr. Ali Iman-Khani, who said this work is a private work for me, a personal work.

I see many things in its artistic form.

Remember, he also used a special method in work that we paid attention to.

Maybe I have such a perspective today.

See, the perspective is very different.

But let's wrap up the conversation.

I want to reach this point that an equestrian club must first have its purpose for being built determined, for whom did I build the club here?

For whom did I build it?

Is this a professional club or a desert club?

See, different disciplines also require different facilities.

Show jumping, for example, requires a tour.

Vaulting might not need that tour.

Dressage might not need that tour.

The attention of the course only requires a very large field and a tour and a tour.

Now, what is the purpose of this club?

Unfortunately, our system is mixed up.

We can't separate it either.

We can't.

The only thing we can do, in my view, in this chaos is to raise awareness for those who are the benefactors of this sport, meaning the original owners, the horse owners who are the benefactors of this sport, not me who is presenting myself, calling myself a coach.

He must be there for me to be there.

He is not my employer; I am his employee.

But what I sell myself for determines what I am after.

Am I after your pocket money, or am I after saying, Mr. Heidari, as far as my knowledge goes?

As far as my knowledge goes.

If you wish or as far as your knowledge goes, accept me so that I can use your knowledge or what?

Or should I say no, Mr. Pourheidari, bring me my money?

I want to do this work.

Meaning flowers are important to them, being mentioned is important to them.

The same goal-setting discussion you are talking about.

In all parts of equestrianism, we are looking at many people.

What is the goal?

Where do you want to reach?

He says I want to buy a horse.

Well, where do you want to reach from buying a horse?

I don't know.

Exactly that.

Because our target is not clear, we just fall into a process, and unfortunately, because our paths are not clear either.

Meaning the club owner's path is not clear, the coach's path is not clear.

From the clarity in terms of information, the club, for example, brought a child to register.

Well, for example, what is the process of the clubs?

Meaning what goals is this club supposed to put in the path of this person?

The child has no reference or source regarding, for example, this club is just like, for example, the name of our equestrian school here, we don't produce 150 equestrians.

We produce beginner encouragements.

We are doing all the work.

What hasn't been compiled?

We are talking big words.

We sell more dreams.

Bravo, we sell dreams.

Exactly, sorry, we deceive people.

I am talking about myself, no offense to any of the friends.

We are using people's interests, maybe I should say exploitation.

Someone has come into the work and is stuck, we do this and that.

Sir, which coach in which environment with what amount of money did what with you in what period?

Sir, see his previous resume.

See the resume.

This lack of awareness of the equestrian community is that we take money in illusions, we give illusions.

The reason is our own fault.

If the club owner gains relative benefits.

See, someone who comes and sets up an equestrian club obviously hasn't come from the street.

They have been in this system.

If they haven't been in the equestrian club garden, meaning they haven't been thinking about coming and setting up an equestrian club.

Someone encouraged this.

They sold dreams.

The person came into this work.

Now there is another aspect.

There is another aspect.

Some people use equestrianism very consciously.

That is, natural resources can be said to be given to us by having a small horse place around it.

This period is different.

We should also see the other side.

It's not just that we say riders have coaches to ruin.

But the coach should expect from the club system.

But Mr. Pourheidari, it all goes back to the ideals we create for our people.

What is the person looking for?

Wear the best, most stylish clothes, come with the most expensive horse, be happy that they jumped a certain rank.

Let's make them happy at any cost.

You know my preparation methods, let's prepare so that the person is happy tomorrow.

The person is happy tomorrow.

When they are happy, they spend lavishly.

This means the club's profit.

Ultimately, it means the club's profit.

It's all because the people who come don't know where they are going, and someone like me, who has been in this field for decades, doesn't make them aware and doesn't pay attention to the fact that with this work, I'm cutting my own roots.

I keep them in ambiguity.

Look, you may get some money from someone temporarily, but in time, we are the losers.

In time, look at the fate of all those who have gone down this path, and you are very aware. You were born into this work and grew up in it. You know everyone better than I do. My attention has always been in a corner, but you have been in the fabric of this society and know everyone. By creating illusions, we are ruining the work ourselves. The club is affected. A club owner who has come and built with illusions, when they don't know technical work and don't recognize a technical manager, has built non-technically and is stuck in it and says, what should I do?

Come on, sir, give me something. You know when someone rents, they might even take down the walls and sell them, meaning they want to make money everywhere. This has happened in clubs, and you have seen it happen. Therefore, the first pillar is to make people aware of what they are looking for. How much is this thing worth? Should you just pay money? Did you come here just to pay money and for me to use you? What's the end? We have no contract, no rules.

If I say something and make a claim, I don't write it on paper and sign it. If I write it, what is the enforcement guarantee? Sir, let's not sell illusions, neither to the owner, nor to the horse, nor to the club builders and managers. Managers, you put a manager in the middle of the desert, they turn that desert into a paradise, and a manager named Paradise turns it into a desert. This is happening in the equestrian club. Why does it become so equestrian? Why does it click? Why should it click? Really, nature is what made the word.

You have accepted it. Why does it become so lame? Why are we always injecting? Why are we? What are we doing that it becomes like this? Has it become a formula that this must be injected? This is not for sale. Do you know why it must be injected? Why should we do it in a way that unless you and I inject ourselves from morning till night? I am walking at the age of 5 and injecting joints. I have done heavy sports all my life. Today, while I am at your service, I work with 15 horses a day, sometimes 15 horses, and ride.

I inject. I have many fractures in my body due to various sports accidents, but despite these injuries, I am walking. I take pills to walk. No, it's not like that. You must manage for the goal you have. Our equestrian community does not have this information. I am a coach or I don't know, I have named myself a blogger coach who, as you say, comes and doesn't even say in my opinion, says it is this way. Doesn't say in my opinion, says it is this way.

Says it decisively. Sir, I have been in equestrianism for these years. When I say something, ask me for a scientific reference. Ask me for a scientific reference. If I go, I go to the applied science class at the university and say, look, these are your references. Everything I say is in this. If you want, don't go read, just listen to what I am saying. I am saying from them, but if you want to refer for information, introduce a reference.

It's not ethical, and it shouldn't be ethical. You should say it's your duty. It's your duty or you should say I don't know or you should say as far as I know or you should say if you want to know the absolute, this is my reference, I am speaking based on this. In which field of equestrianism? From the club manager, from the coach, from everyone. Who can? No one. We don't even try. Without effort, maybe this ignorance, this lack of reference has become a source of income. This is the way.

How can your ignorance be mounted on this equestrian community? Remain in ignorance. When they know that they no longer give me, to someone like me, God forbid, God forbid, a ride that when they know we keep saying this is it, that gentleman must give this, must. That poor person looks. No, you know it's your duty to say read such and such a nutrition book, read such and such a book for your general information. Read for general information. You haven't even read it yourself. Look, you haven't even read it yourself. Even in our teachings, you are looking, we are talking about 50 years ago.

Today's horses are not the horses of 50 years ago. Our course design system in jumping is the system of 50 years ago. Our horse jumping regulations are the regulations of 50 years ago. The standards of maintenance, transportation, and so on are the standards of 50 years ago. But are the things we are accounting for and giving to the people, many of the things from 50 years ago have distanced. We give it a foreign color. We went to culture and came back. Exactly, unfortunately.

We have had it for years, and certainly, all those who are watching this program or will watch it later are aware of it. Many of our club managers have no understanding of the existence of the horse. They have entered the system. Now, for whatever reason, the system has been flawed, it couldn't.

A series of resources have been wasted, depreciated. They kept saying, sir, it can't be done. Now let's bring someone to manage these resources that are here. Now land, stable, hay, worker, whatever it was. But they have no element and no knowledge of how its existence is in the club. They set the rules based on external management systems. For example, suppose they have a management degree or have been a sales manager of a company, have been in the internal department, in the factory. Here, they are a trustworthy person. I give this to your left and right hand, sir.

Mr. Pourheidari has written a standard for each of these items. That is, the club manager must have a standard. This standard includes a scientific degree in the subject related to the work they are doing and the years they have been involved in this work. That is, where is this person's scientific experience in the work? Has this person read Akaber?

Does he have a cycle or a doctorate? What subject is his doctorate in? Does he have a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine, a Doctorate in Physical Education, a Doctorate in Facility Management, or a Doctorate in Chemistry? In what field does he have it? How much experience does he have in horse work and involvement with this subject? I don't mean horse breeding. Your management system and does it really have the management principle that today the world says is network and teamwork? Can he manage the team at all? Where was his unemployment?

With trial and error and the killing of people's horses and the dismemberment of people, learning management conditions over 10 years, a lot of dismemberment happens. They build the club. We have standards for the club floor, standards for the club walls, standards for the club electricity, standards for the club lighting, standards for the club generator. We have standards for the time between power outage and generator startup. Let's see when the power goes out, at 10 o'clock at night the power goes out, the generator wants to turn on.

It takes 10 seconds. What is the solution if someone is sent off in those ten seconds? What is the solution if someone is sent off in those 10 seconds? We have a standard for this. All of these are written. Who reads them? How many cases have you gathered in this standardization? Look, we have 20 items as an index and heading, which have been broken down into 320 items, which are 320, 320, and a bit of 32.

The bit that is growing is exactly like this. Look, once I observed that problems arise in horse transactions. You sell a mare, a foal is taken from it while the ownership of the mare is still unclear and under dispute. You sell a stallion, a foal is taken from it but it is still under dispute over the stallion itself. You sell a sport horse or compare it with what was offered, its passport has an issue, its identity card has an issue, and so on.

I started writing these down one by one at that time. When I say that time, it was about 20 years ago, because I started around the year 80, actually 79-80. They started writing these from 8 items and constantly shared them with legal references and lawyers, asking what happened now, what happened now. Today, I have 32 items on the topic of transactions in buying and selling. I always say, look with this contract, both buy and sell, but read the items one by one. Correct where it is empty, delete where it should be deleted, cross it out. Don't leave everything, say there that the contract is open, you have to close its beginning and end so that the task is clear. Now let's see who can abuse it. Look, it's the same in the standard discussion. You shouldn't leave the beginning and end of the matter open. A horse catches fire in a club, a horse gets hurt in the middle. What is the problem? Is it the club's problem, the problem of the person who built it, the electrician's problem, the carpenter's problem, the trainer's problem, what is the problem? Whose negligence is it?

Negligence from whom? You have nothing. You don't have the building plans from, say, 30 years ago. You should have the mechanical plans of an equestrian complex. Sir, where has the water passed, where has the electricity passed, are the electrical covers steel pipes or not, are the wires accessible or not, I don't know if the electrical connections can be affected by moisture, a pipe burst, does water splash on the electrical lights?

If you placed an electrical outlet for using electrical appliances, can it be within the horse's mouth range? If this happened years ago, I think in 62, 2 or 3 in the old Aghdasieh club, a horse belonging to the late General Zahirnejad named John Sprite. There was a pergola that had grown over it these days, they had watered it, a lamp was hanging in the middle.

John Sprite ran away, went under there to nibble on these, to eat, he got electrocuted. The lamp had short-circuited, they had splashed water. Those who are old know what a horse John Sprite was, extraordinary, extraordinary, lost so simply in the middle of the army club where many facilities are very cheap for the army. That is, it was the army. Now you come to today. Do we have supervision over these matters? All of these have been written in standard. In the box, how much should it be, not to be side by side.

The size should be where in the box, where should the water trough be, where should the manger be, all of these have been written. All of these have been worked on for years. 8 years of standard writing was 8 years of work. 8 years for me who thinks I'm from the soil of this work. Attention for someone who has seen all kinds of it, I say. I tried less than one or two 30 to 40 attentions. I was in the field, I don't know I was with the student, I worked, I don't know and and.

I was a boarder, I was a boarder receiver. Look, I was on this side too. I gathered all of these together. It took 8 years to write these but the important thing is to observe it, writing it is not important. In these 8 years that you have now gathered this collection, you have practically gathered all the items hammered together in the form of a legal booklet.

It is ready and accessible to everyone. The students who had classes with me always have it right now on my mobile. Now some of the club owners that you know or know. No one, no one is very interesting that when Mr. Kazemi came to work, Mr. Pourheidari, I always think that dictation has no mistakes. When you are in the pit of a job, the topics are somewhat different from when you stand outside the pit and say make it lame.

The topics are different from the day they came in the position before they were pursuing this issue, he was really the main pursuer that a standard should be written for clubs so that one can say sir this is grade one. This one that a club has 300 horses is not rank one. A club may have 20 horses but in terms of the total points in the definition that the club has, what is the club for? What is this club for? Be rank one in that category.

With 20 hours in its category, our rank one is based on the least distance traveled. That is, how little distance from our house considering the month we live in Tehran. They are always among the closest to the city. Well, now where is the Nowruzabad club which is the kingfish of Iranian clubs but what management has been applied to it? It has been weak. I don't want to say at all that we are all the body of this sport. If I forgive you, I say between us so that no one gets offended.

If I question you, you question me, what will be the result? Everything will be nullified. But if you and I say let's sit down and do something together. Like what you are doing now. What you are doing is it in the direction of club destruction or in the direction of club development? Should we set the nation against each other and say horse owner go grab the club's collar? You have to think about what the club owner is taking from you, what he is giving you, if it is worth it, stand. You can't to.

Someone wants to spend 50 million tomans a month at the club and is happy with what it is. You can ask why? You can't say. But if it's with awareness, maybe their opinion will change. We don't have that awareness. We keep ourselves in ignorance. I'm not talking about club owners, it's the equestrian system. Unfortunately, we generally, Mr. Mirza, pass over issues very superficially.

We don't read, what is study? We throw two trusses, two blades, and a floor, and it's done. Sir, here, as you say, we make a riding club. I want someone now, for example, from the Tehran Provincial Sports Department, who is responsible for issuing club licenses and jihad, to sign what kind of riding club they go to, it's mixed up. See, it's mixed up. We.

I said when you put a capable manager in the subject in their place, they can turn a desert into a paradise, but not if they are not in their place. Do you need to buy the most expensive show jumping course to teach your horse show jumping? It's not necessary, but if you want to hold an international competition, you have to buy it. The club I'm at has the capacity for local work, nothing national, nothing provincial.

It has the capacity for local work. Based on the capacity for local or urban work, it defines facilities, but if you say I'm holding such and such a competition, you came with the claim that I'm doing this work, you have to be based on that standard, not just talk big. I went abroad, saw something, came here, and am feeding it to those who haven't seen it. Why? Because they say what do they say? People who don't study must repeat history.

They must gain historical experience again, and we do this in equestrian because we don't study at all, we just come and all of us are experts. One day we were talking and said we have 950 experts out of every thousand people and 47 or 8 trainers, maybe one or two students can be found. This is in the form of education work, and the individual still can't distinguish the head and tail of a horse in the dark and comments on how this should be and that should be.

And well, this is a pain, see, the illusion of knowledge is the worst plague of science, and unfortunately, we see this illusion bubbling in our society. I, for one, take advantage of ignorance, the person gives their money, and we convince them that it should be this way. In the meantime, between the club owner and the people who come, there is someone called a trainer who is the communication bridge. Then whatever breaks, it should break on our heads, exactly whatever breaks.

Expectations must align with standards. If the floor of your club's path is broken, how many years should it be broken? If you built it non-standard, how long will you continue non-standard? Until its contract ends? Until the contract ends, then they throw it and leave. In the meantime, 30 people's horses have fallen and been injured, who will answer? The justification is don't bring them to this club, so the problem is with us. Your biggest problem, unfortunately...

I mean the Iranian society, where in unstable and inflationary conditions, as I said, many things get mixed up. The discussion of scientific management of the system can define the cost price.

And based on that, consider a depreciation reserve for depreciations and have a logical profit on it. Even in inflationary conditions, you can update this every three months, but with justification, not that it is not convincing. Mathematical justification, numbers always speak in these times. You don't need to weave the sky and the earth together. The story is that unfortunately, we define the rate, meaning the problem we have in the pension.

Most clubs, unfortunately, are not the pricing reference. See, the club should be clear about where it stands, in comparison, at what level with what definition. What is the definition of a club? What identity does this club have? What does it offer? What has it prepared the ground for?

Considering these matters, this is its price. A few prices of that club have no connection to the price of this club. A club is in the city center, in the city center, it offers an option to someone that is valuable to them. Yes, do you understand? If my house is, for example, in East Tehran, a club that is in West Tehran, in terms of the time it takes from me, can be a lower priority. Now, however good this club is, yes.

A club may be next door to my house, now nearby, 5 or 10 minutes away in East Tehran, which is traffic-free, its access to facilities is less for me but more valuable. That you know where the club that is in such and such a place in the city stands in terms of rank. Now come and compare with the distance item with yourself, come and compare with the distance item, but you without this doesn't have, this doesn't have, this has, this has. Sir, access to competition fields, access if Farabad club wants to come to Azmoon club, how much should they pay?

If they want to go from Bam club to Azmoon club, how much should they pay? If they want to go from Bam club to Abrish, how much should they pay? If they want to come from Farabad to Abrish and vice versa. How much should you pay if you want to go from Bam to Farahabad? How many times a year do you want to go? See, these become choices for people. On one hand, the price of alfalfa goes up, you can't deny it. What does the club offer? Is its diet just pure alfalfa? Are you even aware that pure alfalfa is good or bad? See, this should define this people's awareness.

The benefit of pure alfalfa, I shouldn't give this lesson, this lesson should be given by a nutrition doctor, a nutrition specialist, that sir, these should be in the horse's diet. Sir, you are entering the world of horses, you shouldn't just say sir, give me your foot, get on the horse, go to the owner's rank. This is it, you came out, God willing, tonight you will host us all, this is your cup, go home. This should have basic information, and if that person goes from the owner's rank to jump 135, 140, they usually get injured, they usually get injured.

Why? Because they came with an illusion. I'm speaking generally, I'm not specifically targeting anyone. I'm speaking generally. That knowledge shows people where they are, and the conditions of the clubs should also be considered. Clubs are also in fluctuations, they minimize their responsibilities, they say sir, we give this much alfalfa, don't give this much, buy whatever brand you want, we give this space to store it here. Again, what happens? The trainer. Now here at all.

The old-timers say Sang-e Sabur, they say Sang-e Asiab, something like that I think. Whatever it is, the coach is involved, and in the end, the coach suffers because the expert coach is skilled. You see, you can use expertise positively, you can use it negatively. If we want to elevate the society here, it benefits the entire community, including the coaches, including...

The problem is that we no longer live tribally. We all have a mobile phone, we've become individuals. I live for myself, you live for yourself. I'm giving our own example, don't get it wrong. You know, everyone is thinking I have to preserve myself, that's it. This culture, unfortunately, is dominating society and the world, where everything is truly interconnected. You have a human community in the club. This human community is influenced by the country's society.

Influenced by ethics, influenced by everything, influenced by inflation. All of these have come together. None of us should sit and question the club owner, I shouldn't sit and question the coach, I shouldn't sit and question the horse owner. We need to come and operate on the pains, treat the surgery, treat the pain, not just sit and talk. Sir, from tomorrow, you follow up for a month, I'll follow up too.

Let's see how many people are following up to find out where this standard is. Then you see, sir, where is this demand? Sir, which club is adhering to this standard? Does the club even know? Long live the manager who has been placed there, where did they bring him from? Is he protecting the financial interests of the owner or the renter, or is he someone who simply doesn't know that being good on a horse isn't enough?

A good rider isn't necessarily even a good trainer, not even a good instructor or riding coach. They aren't related, but they should be part of the system's foundation. A manager should be the main manager. If the federation's management is someone who isn't in the main field, what happens? This is where we are now, this has happened over the years, it's not one or two years. Look at the management of the board now.

You see, I'm not questioning Mr. Karimi because I'm not afraid of this issue. The system doesn't allow it. The system starts with us not demanding. Sir, give us an annual program. Well, we don't want it anymore. All my discussions are resolved in the club's café. We don't question ourselves.

Neither the officials nor the office holders. We don't question ourselves. We can create change. Don't change, demand, fix it. Sit and fix it, you have to fix it. But when we use people's ignorance, what do you expect them to understand? Those days when I read that he asks me, he doesn't force me. This is the foundation of my riding. Who runs the riding system?

These same people run it. Sir, we don't do it. We're not looking for trouble, we're just after money, and our society has created this necessity. Sir, if you don't move, you fall behind. Is your situation good? No, I'm unemployed, my situation is really good. But let's talk, sir, in the name of God, let's turn on this light. Mr. Kazemi, Mr. Karimi, sir, until when do we want to be in the headman Mr....

It's from us that it affects us. We should read this poem of the eagle by Nasir Khusraw Qubadiani. One day, an eagle took off from a rock. We should read this. 700, 800 years ago, 600, 700 years ago, a poem describes our situation. Sir, our feather is in that arrow. You look for our own feather in the arrow that hit our body. The poem belongs to the owner of Tabrizi. I constantly use it in life. Here I say now I tried to live its whole memory. It says from our shortcoming...

That the wall is high. It's over and done. Let's go talk. Now you should want it. That demand you mentioned, just see when you are obliged to it when society demands it from you. See, one of you should want it, you go and want it. Otherwise, when you go forward, they say you're more royalist than the king. Do you understand? You're more royalist... One hand doesn't make a sound. We don't want to fix it ourselves because we benefit from it.

We ourselves aren't into studying. We also take advantage of the rent in the middle. Long live the rent we have too. If someone in Europe is doing something, the system follows it up. The individual doesn't take it up. We're not at all into teamwork. We're not into group work. Our organization isn't even in tune. You see, each of us is playing out of tune. I say you don't know, he doesn't know, he says he doesn't know, he says he doesn't know, I don't know. This becomes the mess we're dealing with...

Life. Now let me go towards hitting my own note. Now I'm empty. Now we want to handle the affairs of club owners... You have clubs all over Iran. I name the test with the Shakouri club all over Iran, we want to have a chart. You who came and gathered 330 cases...

You hammered it, lived it, brought it all out. What's your suggestion? 1. Dissemination of this knowledge that a club should have certain topics in line with the club's defined goals. Let me ask, is this 330 cases a PDF book or booklet? What can I send you? Does it have capability? Why not in public? Very much.

At least 240, 50 of them, 240 of them are topics that everyone encounters. Everyone encounters them. It doesn't come out. Then it rents. That poor guy who rents, for example, 3,000 tomans pressure, he also has the right.

Club, sir, let's sit and come up with a solution. We can all use it. It has started on the mountain, and certainly, you who are older than me, have felt it better than I have. I don't think with the current trend, in five years, there will be an equestrian club. Selling equipment, selling... You see, people's livelihood has encountered problems.

You want to feed the horse's stomach. Once, I was at your service, according to many friends who are there, I had 50 and some horses. Yes, today I have one. Why? Because I took on another responsibility. I took on the responsibility of people's horses. That means my attention should mainly be on the horses that are under my responsibility, and I can't do it well, I can't reach it. When I can't reach it, I don't do it. But one day, I might change direction, say I'll come and do my previous work.

I only worked with my own horses, imported them, worked with them, and sold them. I was with my own horses. For someone. But now that I have actually taken on the services, it's not worth it. I mean, the numbers and such don't justify tying up ten horses, even if there's profit. Let alone someone who doesn't profit from it, just pouring into it, just spending. It can only go so far. Mr. Pour, let's go back to the main topic of how to get out of this situation. First, all information dissemination in the form of educational clinics.

We can organize educational clinics for horse owners, say, sir, let's make clips from these clinics, distribute them so others who can't attend can hear. Sir, what should a club have? The federation is standardizing, the federation is doing this. But it's not beneficial for club owners. See, when society, the level of society needs to gain knowledge about the conditions, I am obliged. Sir, if you want to build a club, you must adhere to this standard. If not, you're questionable.

For a system in sand, sir, there's too much ammonia in this stable. I put the horse in the pool, it can't walk in the morning. I say this eye became last night, too much ammonia, too much uric acid, lactic acid, excuse me. Ammonia was dispersed in the environment, lactic acid increased in the muscles, it can't walk in the morning. It hasn't done anything, we haven't done anything. Why can't we hold it? Sir, you don't put a pinch of salt in the feed because there should be an electronic market. They don't know.

People don't know, they don't know basic information. Dad, a pad and bandaging. You in the form of coaching education. Those who come for coaching don't know how to do it. This is a flaw. God bless. It's good to mention the late Mr. Dr. Farzin here. Once upon a time, I was the head of the Northeast Tehran board. It was about 20 years ago. I asked him to really help me with this education topic. He advised me to see, instead of an education committee, create an information committee. Print on A4 paper in all your competitions some things people need to know and give it to people. Now we don't want paper anymore. Our page doesn't want paper anymore. We need an information system, Mr. Federation, dear Federation.

Create an information system regarding people's rights. If you refer to a coach, what characteristics should the coach have? You may pay attention to something called self-guard in the form of Sharia and not declare in the form of rights that the coach is not allowed to hold your leg and say move this leg 5 cm back or forward. Without your permission, they can't do this. Is there a surveillance camera system that can defend if a claim is made? I mean, the club standard is that simple.

The film should cost that simple. This behavioral violation can be merely verbal. See, the foundation of a man's character doesn't allow such permission. We consider this an information system. First, we must raise the basic culture of society if we want it to be corrected. If from where, then the first item is information dissemination.

What can be the next item? Training club owners, management training, management systems, and making them aware that if you don't have standards, you can be questioned in terms of civil and even criminal laws. Something we say in coaching class. You say that in this card you got, you can't say line anymore, but you know that when you run a club, you need to have some information. If someone deceived you and you made a club, now you need to know. This can be the federation.

To hold repeated classes and oblige club managers to attend educational classes. They should have refresher courses. Why not? I say instead of having a fixed rate, to make the market competitive, we should grade. Because I am strongly against price controls and think about liberal economics. Free market, but not a single rate. Instead of having a faulty club, you should define the top.

See, you should say is its structure correct? You run a top club, but you can't breathe in its stable. We start tomorrow morning grading the club. How long does it take? For example, in Tehran province, a three-person expert team works on this. It can be done in less than a month. Because the model is ready. You give a score, the average of the scores.

See, the standardization system has come and differentiated the clubs in this way. It says we have these indicators from grade 1 to 5. Good to bad, sorry, bad to good 1 to 5. These items have also been prioritized relative to each other. I mean, what is the priority of the dimensions of a stable compared to the lighting of the horse walking area? In my opinion.

The dimensions of the stable according to the club's definition. Sometimes you want to keep an Arabian horse. When you go to the club, what is this club for? It's for Arabian horses. Dimensions 3 by 3, but if you said Warmblood, it should be 3.5 by 3.5. If you said it's a jumping club, the standard should be 360. If an Arabian horse also came here, now it has come, but when you said it's a jumping club, the basis is the jump. Do you understand? Three and a half.

We have a stable 4 meters by 4 meters which is non-standard. It finds a movement tick, walks around itself. We Iranians are used to big. This box is big, this is pure hay, this is pure sawdust underneath, these are not good. All of it can be bad from one perspective. If you have a poet horse, this is what you want. If you have a horse that is sensitive to the dryness underneath, sawdust is bad. Sawdust is bad.

If you have a horse that might be fat, it becomes over-protein. Giving pure hay becomes a share of over-protein for it. It's that simple. However, first, people need to be made aware of this. Let's see most of our equestrian community. Unfortunately, our equestrian level has become an ocean, its depth up to the ankle. We are faced with such an ocean depth that we look at it superficially. If we say something, they say don't talk too much.

The issue is not at all that I know and you don't. I say let's do what we are doing consciously. Why don't we first suffer its damage ourselves? Second, as part of this community, let's be in the direction of improving the subject, not in the direction of peaks with fluctuations. Not with fluctuations. Today is good, a week is bad. We have no program for anything. Now we really don't. Well, how can it be? The management structure of any system is first planning, second organizing.

Then it's execution, then control. Which one do we have? Now I hope these discussions reach a conclusion. I wanted to get a promise. If you could please provide this PDF, which I hope Mr. Kazemian, who is a viewer of the program, will help sooner, and hopefully, club owners will welcome it. Unfortunately, even many clubs, which we all know, the misery of sports is that in our opinion, resources are very limited.

The large parts that now have authority do not have ownership. They are under contract in the governing system. That also has a limited time. During this time, the exploitation must be completed, and it must be taken away. It can also pay attention to these standards when renting time. Standards should be defined, and the final price should come down. Stay alive. Maybe this, for example, takes a thousand tomans, considering the standard here, the price is 100 tomans, just like there is a generality. You.

For example, a shop on Shariati Valiasr Street, its goodwill price is different from some side street. It's the same in the club discussion. Let's wrap up this discussion. I hope our viewers enjoyed the talks. I must announce a point right here. This program that we did with you, the answer to the program that we are famous for.

We did, and now the future programs are not that we, God forbid, want to harm the club owner, the coach, the owner, such an intention is not in our system at all. These programs are merely for us to become aware and make better decisions. God forbid, in ignorance and unawareness, we do not harm ourselves, our system, or our structure. I hope the program is good for you. I apologize for the main cut during the live broadcast. I hope that in the video editing, which we will put in full on Aparat and YouTube Radio channels in the next two or three days, you will see the complete version.

I thank you again. I had a very urgent phone call that our staff came out. I thank them very much. Really for the time they spent. From the technical support team, the TV director Behruz Torabi dear, Mohammad Hossein Hashemi the cameraman, from Mr. Mirzaei himself, who also manages the club, and Ms. Shakouri and Shakouri Club, I express my utmost gratitude. I hope that the continuation of these programs will be helped with your kindness and support. We.

Witness better events. I talked a lot. I hope wherever you are, you are healthy, your heart is happy, and I entrust you all to the great God. Until the next live broadcast program, take care. Goodbye. I hope the points you heard in this episode are educational and effective for you. By following up with your provincial sports department, you can rank your club based on these principles. Take care. As always, take care of your horses.
