The work started for two reasons. The first reason is that it was a bit attractive to me. The second reason was Ms. Aghajani, who was very persistent and didn't give up. Because the first times she asked me, I, for the same reason she just mentioned, said that this sport is multifaceted and very difficult, not measurable, and if it is, at least an Iranian or you are not at least on its side to want to do such a thing. But well, she proved that she can talk with big universities and big professors over there, and we realized that we are actually the first team in the world doing this work.
Now, my first reason for liking it was that, you see, we must accept that times are changing. Following the same discussions we had about coaching, in the past, they would take three years of riding from a student and then take him without stirrups and then deliver a rider with a good seat to society. Now, the techniques and such are left for post-training, but now there is no such time. No one is going to leave their child out for three years and go to Kabul, they don't have the patience, they don't have the time, and everything is solved by scrolling. Kids are no longer looking to endure a little hardship for everything, they don't go. For this reason, the depth of that learning and feeling in future riders will probably decrease, and the role of technology here becomes very high to be able to combine what we felt in 30-40 years of riding with the science of physiology and be able to obtain fixed data from which we can derive patterns.
This can serve as a reference for the next generation. The main problem in the exercises was standardization so that we could derive appropriate patterns from them and obtain appropriate results, and the test itself was very difficult. And it was there that they realized that, let me tell you, your leg was also broken, what happened, I was in a cast, standing next to the arena up there and going from this and I was going to loss.

Let me give a small explanation for everyone who is listening to this and wants to understand what this story is about. Let me announce to the program's audience that it is not an advertisement for the system based on its mission to enlighten society from that old system. The horse's enthusiasm, physical readiness, the horse's anatomy.

That's why no one has pursued preparing the horse's body because they thought there were so many things in their way. Honestly, the interesting thing that happened from the first horse we started with, we worked with about five or six horses, but all high-level, all champions of Iran, but the interesting thing was that we started getting results from the first horse, meaning.
The information that came to me was exactly what I guessed should happen, or if I guessed something wrong somewhere, the information that came to me helped me a lot to understand what the reason for these was so far that it could have been this way, and from the very first horse, it really started working. That is, from the second week, for example, we started changing its exercises a little, then I would take feedback, for example, how it is, I would take feedback, it would say let's do its nutrition this way, again we would take a little feedback, repeat the test again.
By playing with this, we almost started getting results from the first horse. For example, let me tell you about one or two of them. I won't mention the name of one of the horses; it's not very important. One of the horses was very late in producing lactic acid, which is a very strange thing. It means it's very ready, which is a good thing, but it doesn't reach the level of excitement you need for the competition.
Therefore, with the tests we conducted, we saw that my horse's physical readiness was at an ideal level. On the last day of the competition, when we had to enter the warm-up, he ran and told me, "Mr. Maziar, increase this horse's level of excitement because it produces lactic acid late and we have little excitement." I said, "Very well, thank you, goodbye." I went and started galloping, the speed I had to achieve, the excitement I had to create in him, and the adrenaline I had to extract from him, which would relatively calm down that excitement, and I made an exceptional jump. Or in another case, we had to work. Everything was ideal, everything was great, but in the beginning, when we were working, things were chaotic. Because in terms of training and education, it was very chaotic, there was no pain or blockage. When we managed to organize him a bit and improve him a little, his condition got better, and everything became calmer. We realized that this horse jumps the first obstacle perfectly, but as it goes towards the end of the course, it gets worse. I put him in a test and said that he must come. We started taking a series of tests from him both in training and in competition.
From his results, I realized that his oxygen delivery was incomplete, and the results showed that from a certain point, this defect appears. Another horse that was very interesting and very chaotic, and it took time to understand, because we had to organize him first and take care of his health and do his work, I realized after a while that he starts to drop towards the end of the course. Then I talked to the lady, took the necessary tests from him, and examined a little, and from the tests, it was very interesting.
Now, the details are not very important, but his heart rate at the end of the course, instead of going up, would go down and drop sharply. From that, I realized that this could be a respiratory issue, a lung issue. We had his lung checked, and one-third of his lung was paralyzed. Then, in relation to that, with the exercises I gave him, with the aerobic and interval training I gave him, and the aerobics they gave him, I increased his lung volume, and the same horse was able to achieve a brilliant result. I mean, I want to say that even I, who am providing data to this system and working in it, am amazed by the things I achieve. Let alone someone who now wants to get that solution. Look, all of us riders move forward based on our feelings, and on the morning of the competition day, you wake up and go there, the only thing you have in hand is to ask the worker how things are or to go yourself and touch the horse. This story gives you confidence, it gives you something that you have a handle that you can ride with confidence today and not be involved in whether you slept well last night or not. The story is exactly about this recognition. When you know, you know how to turn it on, how to warm it up. Now, for example, we have horses that are sensitive to speed. How is the sports performance process? How many days does it take? We have three tests. We have three main tests. A speed increase test, a stamina test, and a gymnastics test. In these three tests, each of which should have a gap of two or three days between them because their intensity is relatively high. These three tests together, I think, take about 9 to 10 days, and their results take about a week to be ready.
The test is the same standards that Mr. Maziar mentioned that we set up here. That is, the test of measuring devices, the device for measuring cardiac data. What is going to happen is that the rider mounts the horse for the number of laps we tell him. That is, the kids tell him to gallop at his speed, and every few laps that we deem necessary, he stops and a drop of blood is taken from him with an insulin syringe and placed on a slide.
You live the rest of the ride, and they start testing. We connect them to a world and device that measures heart rate, speed, stride, and these things that we study later. Then these reach the analysis team, and the kids analyze it. There is a gymnastics test where we want to see how the body reacts to jumping.
In the speed test, we want to see how the body reacts to speed. In the endurance test, we want to see how the cardiac endurance is. How can the heart maintain the heart rate, for example, the results that Mr. Maziar mentioned in the endurance test come out of this. It must have all three items. It is an endurance competition full of galloping and speed and so on and full of explosive movements. I think it hits about 40 to 45 160 jumps.
Explosive. Another point is that when he comes to the coach, it is considered almost a new era in the first two weeks, three weeks, or a month. Nothing can be done with him. When they realize, "Sir, this one gets tired quickly, and his aerobic capacity runs out quickly."
It ends quickly, they know they have to go for this category of exercises. It prevents the waste of resources and time. The same thing that future world technology does not allow this time. Then there is another topic altogether. This information we provide does not diminish the presence of the coach, but rather enhances it. I had given this information to Mr. Maziar last year. After a month and a half, I went to test. I asked, what did you do? You said, what does it matter to you. The data has changed a lot. He said it doesn't concern you. It was a joke. What I mean is that it actually opens up the coach's hand more rather than making the coach unemployed. And the further it went, I remember Mr. Maziar after a year and a half, last year we had a competition, I was just beginning to understand more what we were doing. Yes.

But the coach himself can also have personal interpretations. The coach must have information to use them. I take help from the coach and he must help me too. We have a section called talking with the coach, meaning in the end, the coach and I sit and review all the data to determine the best type of training. Each training has its specific nutrition. We have something called sports nutrition. For a horse that works on anaerobic, you must give creatine. If you want to work on aerobic, you should use oil with neutral. But if you work anaerobically and give creatine, the exercises must be correct, otherwise, it will be excreted. If you don't use oil with the correct exercise, the horse will become fat and you give it too much energy.
Sports nutrition is highly stressful and must be covered in high-intensity exercises. If the horse is ill-tempered, we cannot change its temperament.
