Personally, I don't have much opposition to organizing competitions in the form of a tour, but I think it has become very repetitive, and there should be some variety in these competitions. However, the problem, in my opinion, is that since we are talking about the whole country, we know that tour competitions are very costly for kids coming from other cities and the suburbs of Tehran, and it takes a lot of their time. Maybe friends will ride and participate in one category and return.

In my opinion, we should consider the whole country. The discussion we had in this committee with the committee members, the kids were also very supportive of the idea that we should shift our focus from Tehran and pay more attention to the suburbs of Tehran and other cities. Because I know those who are very involved in this matter, in previous years, we saw many riders and horses from other cities participating, but in the past one or two years.

It is becoming less frequent, and I think we should really investigate this issue to see what the reason is and help make it better. Because I know that, for example, a horse coming from Mashhad has very strange and expensive costs, and it's different from someone whose horse is already present at the same club and participates and stays in the same box, and this should be helped through the federation, through the regulations we set in the jumping committee to help them be more present. This is my personal opinion, of course.

Moving out of Tehran and going towards other cities can help motivate cities a little more to participate in competitions, to progress more, to learn more. But my talk was reviewed in the meeting just last week. Our big problem is that when they request us, meaning they request the federation, those standards are sometimes not met in some cities regarding the box, the surface of the arena, the obstacles, and it doesn't have the necessary quality, and I'm sure that if the cities.

Make this proposal and these few things, now there are a few more things because it's our basic. I mean, when you are a city club that makes a proposal, and if we investigate it and see it doesn't have a good surface for participation, the issue is completely erased. Other things that happen alongside and with the high price of horses, there is really no risk-taking anymore. Because now Mohsen, you know when we were kids, I remember horses were transported with a 10-ton truck even to Mashhad, Kerman, Isfahan, and well, that was the condition, but today with the current situation, we have to be much more cautious about everything. This is my personal opinion on this matter, the opinion of the committee members, meaning my talks are like this.

Tour competitions are heavy competitions, whether for the rider, the horse, or the owner, both in terms of cost, energy, and time. And now, for example, like this cup that was held for 5 days, 5 days most of you who participate in this competition, whether you jump yourself, have students, or your horse must jump, you practically fall behind your main system, your routine work system with your horses. Do you think this cost that you, meaning this income that might be obtained from the prize?

Is it worth spending this amount of time and energy, for example, being here for at least 8 to 12 hours for 5 days after 8 am? Are these prizes fair compared to the effort, cost, and price of the horses? Our main problem is that there was a time when the conditions were different; for example, the Euro was 2000 or 3000 tomans, and the gap was very small, but for instance, they would give a car as a prize and things like that happened.

Now let me tell you, Mohsen, even if they give 50 tomans to the first place, and 100 tomans to the first place, it still doesn't make a difference. That is, the gap has increased a lot over the years, and we must try to get help from sponsors and fix the conditions. Because I really think the problem cannot be solved with a small amount, and this prize should help much more than this. Regarding what you mentioned, I am generally very opposed to forcing people. For this issue, I say we should not force people in the current conditions to participate in this tour and pay this amount. We can fix this with daily registrations, better management, and better conditions so that these talks and rumors are organized, and maybe its profitability will be more than that. In my opinion, this is also the case, but well, this has finally been a competition that has been held under these conditions and has been like this in recent years. Before that, competitions were held, and there was no tour, but still, equestrianism progressed. I mean to say everything was there, even though there was no tour.

The excitement of the 120 competition would fill at least half the stands. When it was 140, there was no place for anyone to sit. But now you look at the final day of such a competition, and very few people are sitting. We might just say it's our national champion that everyone comes and sits and watches, but the rest of the competitions don't even have appeal for the audience. In my opinion, equestrianism is in a critical condition, and it must be supported.

The group of horses, the coach, the federation president, and the entire existing system must help keep this sport alive. This is my personal opinion, and I think my friends agree with me that we can get through this crisis. Because I feel that the current situation is very special, and finally, it's a bubble that if it bursts, it will be very disastrous. But now, thank God, with Mr. Kazemian coming, I think.

The conditions of the circuit, because after all, there were horses, and they were in the system from the past, I think good things can happen. But this issue I am talking about.

Isn't just related to the federation. We must fix the culture. Well, why should we say? I have another question for you. In general, you as a professional, a national champion, and once a member of the national team.

How do you see the quality of the horses and riders? Start from the small tour and go up. I ask you to put aside the formalities and speak comfortably. Look, this is a criticism that we are forced to think about. We can't put it in the closet and close the door. No, we must reach the point one day where we say, sir, what are we doing with our riders, with our horses, with our owners? And personally, my opinion is that we don't even want the ratio of our rides and our horses. That is, many times we bring one from Europe, they are very high quality, but we don't even know what they eat and what their work is. Our big problem, Mohsen, is that.

We are very pretentious. This has become very bad in my opinion. I myself, for example, became the national champion twice, but I have an opinion about myself. I say about a champion, someone who became the national champion, it is not because of their good riding and superiority over someone else. This is my personal opinion. That is, I say definitely someone who becomes the national champion is not a good rider. Exactly now, there is a situation that sometimes happens. I mean, it's not an insult to friends, I mean we also have riders who haven't become national champions.

But they are very good riders. I mean that maybe they weren't on the national team and didn't win a big prize, but they are good riders. That was an event, but from a personal perspective that I have about this issue, we should, with the supplements that have come to our country, the saddles and equipment that have come into our equipment, the horse conditions that I don't care about whether they are good or bad, a series of horses with a series of numbers have come into our country. We have riders, but in very limited numbers. We should have much more than this. It still hasn't become a public sport. It's our duty. One of the friends had come, had gone to one of the European countries, had come, had gone to Mr. Bordbar, had seen the supplement and was shocked, said bravo, you have these here and sometimes in Europe you go to some of these pharmacies, for example, supplement centers, you don't see this selection. In summary, let me tell you something, there are a series of horses that are so easy and good and top-end, they jump under any condition, and we also had horses that entered the country at a very expensive and strange price, and you saw they were guests at one or two competitions, then they just left in a way that said goodbye. That is, they were sensitive, but well, there are also a series of horses that go with any method. You give them bad oats, bad concentrate, they jump that 140. That is, you haven't answered my question yet. In general, now whether this competition that we specialize in talking about this competition.

Now whether other competitions, you mean that compared to that volume of facilities and equipment and horse and sketch and supplement and I don't know whatever you think, we are up to date with the world, except for riding and yes, we need more than a pencil in my opinion, we don't need a supplement, we don't even need a horse. We need a series of coaches who sometimes work with us from saddling the horse, sometimes warming up the horse in the arena, and our psyche.

That means I bought a horse from Europe and brought it here, and someone tells me to jump over five obstacles in the 45 course. How should I manage my mind to be satisfied with four or five obstacles? They tell me to do this or that. Some things are unbelievable to us, like going in with five or six, but they came here, rode us, and went into the 40 course with four or five. They didn't know it at all. This happened right before my eyes. Honestly, sometimes when I see certain things in Europe or Iran.

I get disappointed with my own riding. We need to see how much good feeling and experience there is in horses and pay attention to these matters. In my opinion, your main problem is returning to previous rides. Previous generations, yes Mr. Cheshm, in my mind Mr. Davood Bahram, yes, look at his style and groundwork. Look at today's generation and explain a half-pass effect.

Explain a shoulder-in effect, these are the basics of riding. So how do we want to go down this path and reach 150 or 160? I said in an interview with Mr. Kazemian that until we do dressage and cultural development.

We have now set some rules that if they can be approved, for example, owners.

Go in a four to five faultless with a faultless arrow that they can come and jump. Of course, let me say that these speed bumps and things we create cannot fix this whole set. This is a cultural work. You can't, we have to see what's going on in the minds of this coach and the owners. It's really a question for me, despite following many top riders in the world and their methods and rides, you still see some people.

They ride in a way that maybe is no longer ridden anywhere else in the world. It's also a question for me. But well, I don't know, I think the best path is to now create a space where these owners, for example, have a category for amateurs, have an amateur tour, amateur tour category amateur 25, amateur 30. Look, they know a few people come, hit and go, then reach there and can't.

Then the rest see that this model doesn't work, they need to work more on the basics so that if they want to jump that class, I hope they don't get hurt until then and stay in this sport where you go, take a prize, and nothing else is in your mind, and you say I've reached the end. The coach that you have in Europe, unfortunately, many of them have come to the point where we go coach, we don't have a coach now.

It's not called a competition, what we now call practice. The event that is happening in recent years, now we are involved in economic issues, there's no debate in it. But thank God, there are still people who love horses and are with horses, maybe a little better off financially. But our competitions are becoming very soulless, monotonous, and boring. At least this is my feeling towards this issue. What do you think can be done or what should we do to bring some life to the competitions, to get more people involved, a little.

Get more involved with horses and riding. We're all very lethargic. Something I feel and see is that part of this issue, which may be very small, goes back to the organization of the competition and competitions. Sometimes you see people from within the clubs themselves are not feeling well. Yes.

Yes, we have clubs, our coaches are sometimes wronged in some places. Yes, as far as I can, as far as I can, this is my mind, I only give the right to the owner. Well Ramin, in our talks now there is something I really want to talk about and many technical people in this field are aware of it and talk about it, the discussion of the small tour. We talked with many riders, as friends say, now field research was conducted outside the horse domain with many works. Now, let me mention Mohammad Hossein Makarnazhad, Mehrdad Kazemi as the course designer with Abolfazl and many from Alireza and many other friends, I apologize if their names are not in my mind, I talked with many friends. We are thinking of doing this, this small tour.

To divide it into two groups so that this can be done. Now I say I don't know maybe I am not allowed yet to say its details but certainly very good things are happening. Now maybe many friends will criticize me for this but really sometimes you see that no you are forced to play the role of police, keep changing the judging tables according to the rules to be able to implement in a way that we preserve this asset to be able to reach higher levels. But certainly, this good event will soon happen in the young evening with a small change that will help the health of the horses. Our riders, our coaches are actually training young horses meaning from turns from arcs from curves from the mistakes they give to the principle and really this is very enjoyable for other friends we try to help. A very big problem that exists now and many talk about is the issue of the ratio of prizes to its costs.

Anyway, after a one and a half or two-month rest for the horses, we started the competition. Our philosophy of bi-weekly competitions is not related to the fact that they were resting. When we started the competition, for the first time in the country, we went in this direction because we said let's see some riders from other provinces too. Now maybe because I am from a small town, I can feel this better. Of course, now with the costs that exist in Tehran for transportation, maybe this issue is also relevant for Tehran friends. A friend who comes from a small town, from provinces like Khorasan, Hamedan, Azerbaijan, and Gilan, pays a cost. We went with this philosophy that they pay a round-trip fare but can participate in the most competitions they can. This was one reason we held bi-weekly competitions. The reason was that we saw because we have young horses and these dear ones also have young horses across the country, we give them the opportunity that when they constantly jump in one environment, everything is great and ideal for the horse. But when they come from Mashhad or Hamedan, maybe it's the first time they come to Tehran, and one competition and one level is of no benefit to them. So we give them the opportunity to implement that philosophy we have in the first week.

They do the practice and in the second week think about winning prizes, positions, and points. But I refer to it because I like to say everything with documentation. I hope I can be successful until the end of my presence. I refer to the words of Mr. Ali Agha Bakhtiari and Mr. Reza Bakhshi who are riders from Hamedan and are now active in Khorasan. Reza Bakhshi said that in the first week we were looking at the walls of the hall, but the second week was so good. Ali Agha Bakhtiari said that the first week was a bit young and not alert, but in the second week I felt the horse suddenly became two years older. Sorry, but one issue that is very raised and I am very complaining about from our community is that we actually close the program on a large scale. It's not at all about someone who has one horse or five. It's a program, and it's the same all over the world. I heard this once from Ramin Shafiei and also Mr. Rakhshan Radpour. Now if they say Ramin, maybe because our ages are close. That it's the same everywhere in the world. A program is given, and you can load it. In the close week, for example, you go to western Europe, you jump in western competitions, the one that is east jumps east. Maybe no one loads from Germany to go to the Netherlands, from the Netherlands to come to Belgium, from Belgium to go to, for example, Amsterdam. Planning several competitions, but here I am complaining because well friends say why did we set the competition, you should have a program.

You should see which one suits you. I myself, when I wanted a competition, once went to the Khorramdarreh competition. Everyone said why? I said because it was quiet, I went to Khorramdarreh and won a prize, I became third in 125. It was quiet and suited me. But maybe it doesn't suit someone else. If friends plan, this won't happen. But what do our dear friends say? They complain to me that no, we can't not jump. Well, why can't we not jump? For reasons that maybe I won't open up now. Your own horses jump in better weather conditions. When it's 35 degrees at noon, well this is not a good event for many styles. We have to use supplements and paste and well this is naturally costly. As we saw one year when Mr. Mohajer during Ramadan had a competition at Bam club, it could be seen that for example at midnight the horse no longer has quality because well it has always been asleep. That hour, the hour of competition pressure, we plan in a way that for example it finishes by ten at night. Why certainly in this upcoming competition we have this program.

Well, we are working well to strengthen our lighting a bit which is actually the main issue, to strengthen the lights. I think if nothing happens and everything goes well, we will do this in the first competition we hold, to take at least two classes at night and two classes in the morning so that we don't hit that peak heat.
