Di Siraj | D Seraj

چهار نعل: Di Siraj | D Seraj

D Seraj is a gray horse of the purebred Arabian breed who was born in 2015 at Dubai Arabian Horse Stud, one of the most prestigious Arabian horse breeding…

D Seraj was born in 2015 at Dubai Arabian Horse Stud, a center that has secured its place among the world’s greatest Arabian horse breeding stables by producing renowned stallions such as Fa El Rasheem. His dam, Ladi Veronika, a daughter of Versace, introduced a line in his pedigree that was built for success in halter — a discipline in which type, movement, and presence are judged in hand rather than under saddle.

The first signs of his talent became apparent in that very first year of his life. In 2016, as a yearling colt, D Seraj claimed three gold championships in a single season at three major events on three different continents: the Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship (DIAHC), the Paris World Arabian Horse Championship, and the Mediterranean & Arab Countries Championship in Menton. It was a truly exceptional season that showed from the outset that Dubai Arabian Stud had bred an extraordinary horse.

He continued that trajectory in the young colt category as well, and in 2018 he won world championship gold in Paris, while in the same year he took silver at DIAHC. After that, during the period when he was maturing, he stepped away from the ring and returned in 2021 with a silver medal at DIAHC, marking his comeback in the mature stallion division.

The true peak of D Seraj’s championship journey began when he entered serious competition among mature stallions. In 2023 he achieved a brilliant trio of gold championships: at DIAHC, at the Mediterranean & Arab Countries Championship in Menton, and most importantly for his international standing, at the 39th All Nations Cup in Aachen, Germany — one of Europe’s most prestigious halter events.

In 2024, D Seraj brought his show season to a climax with gold in the mature stallion class at the Paris World Arabian Horse Championship, in Section B Class 6B — the same class that has historically showcased the leading stallions of their generation. That same year he also added a silver medal from the Katara International Arabian Horse Festival in Doha to his record.

He began 2025 with gold in the mature stallion division at the inaugural Ajman stage of the Global Champions Arabians Tour; an event that ended with a drone show and fireworks, and whose judges praised his “impressive type.” At the same event, his daughter D Beisan scored 93.14 — the highest joint score of the competition — to win gold in the mature mare class; an early sign of D Seraj’s growing influence as an impactful sire. Media reports place him once again among the champions at the 23rd DIAHC in 2026.

Today D Seraj is regarded as one of the most decorated living stallions in the halter discipline in the Arabian horse world and a cornerstone of Dubai Arabian Stud’s breeding program; a horse whose story traces a rare and complete arc, from a celebrated yearling colt in 2016 to an influential mature stallion in the next generation.
