متن کامل گفتگو
The eternal name of the homeland, the morning of hope for the homeland, shine in the sky like an eternal sun. Hello, you are listening to this episode. A few days have passed since this cursed war, and we feel a bit of peace and comfort.
The only prayer I can make is that God forbid it starts again, and this water and soil, this land, our homeland, our country, remains untouched again, and we return to our good days. In this cursed war, the equestrian community also unfortunately lost a beloved and young member. Dear Mehdi Pouladvand flew away from among us and became a martyr. Right here, I offer my condolences to his family, especially to his brother Ali Pouladvand, and also to all of you listeners and the entire equestrian community, and I hope that we do not lose these valuable assets of this country, which are incredibly talented human resources, so easily. I wish you all health and hope that your days and times continue in peace and health. Another point I wanted to mention is that during this war, some of the equestrian heroes, some of those who stand by the work, stood by the work; like riders, some workers, many trainers, and even many owners and their horses.
And even many clubs helped and got through this crisis. Anyway, the comfort of our horses, which for all of us are somehow part of our family, has been important to all of us, and kudos to all those who stood by and worked with their horses in the bombs and missiles and stories. I say God bless them all, and I wish each and every one of you health. I shouldn't forget to say, we also lost some horses, and unfortunately, I don't have information about the owner of that stable, but if he hears my voice, I hope that time helps him, and even all of us support him so that our dear one returns and stands up again, although the loss of those animals will always remain in his heart. Thank you for listening to my words. Stay with me for the rest of the episode.
With the difference in every color and language, everyone is happy, and violence against women, for the health of young Iran, for the authenticity of ancient Iran, for the health of young Iran. Listen to the burning of my words, which resonate in this garden, all my soul and body, my homeland, my homeland, my homeland, my homeland.
Episode sixty-one of Radio 4 is my podcast with Seyed Mehdi Tabatabaei, the head of the equestrian board of Qom province. Since Radio Four has the mission to convey the words of all provinces and cities to everyone.
This time it was Seyed Mehdi Tabatabaei, the head of the equestrian board of Qom province, who was a guest on Radio Four. Certainly, the issues that Seyed Mehdi Tabatabaei talks about are tangible for many of you dear ones. In a few episodes that I recorded with the heads of the equestrian boards, I reached a point, and that is that we should, I mean those of you who are working in the cities, should take a share in the development of this sport in our city as riders, club owners, riders, owners, and our commitment should be that.
The work moves forward, regardless of differences of opinion, differences in taste, and any issues we have with each other, we should create openings from our challenges and help everyone benefit, not just a limited number. Moreover, I have always said and I repeat again, we all owe it to our future generations. It should not be that future generations say about us that they did nothing. My colleagues in this episode, as always, dear Farshid Jahanbazi, are the designers of the Instagram cover poster and also the poster of this episode.
Dear Negar Goodarzi and the honorable Erfan Moghaddam are the composers of the opening and closing music of the Radio Four episodes. I invite you to listen to this episode and also pray for me. In addition, there is a financial support link at the bottom of this episode in the description, if you would like, I would be happy if you support the radio as well. Thank you.
Tabatabaei, hello, thank you for accepting my invitation to Radio 4 as the head of the equestrian board of Qom province and becoming a guest on the program. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, peace be upon you. Greetings to all viewers and the equestrian community of the whole country. Be healthy. Well, sir, since we don't want to go on for too long, we want to briefly stir up the root issues together, as they say. You are almost in your second term as the head of Tehran, and sorry, I apologize, you have Qom province, and Qom province is among the provinces.
New in equestrianism. Now, although it is among the provinces close to Tehran, it has been new. In this term, now the second term, which has passed a year and a half, and the previous term, what have you taken from these conditions and the process and facilities you have had in Qom province? Yes, Qom province, considering the riders it has, has good potential, but with a.
View and it can be said a criticism that can be made of the federation or being close to Tehran, a perception was made that we, considering that we are close to Tehran, should make some uses, but well, conversely, it is a bit harming our board, our province. In fact, the escape of capital, until we reach a point where almost good Tehran, considering the attractions and competitions that are held there.
They go to Tehran, and there, in short, the attractions attract them. The competitions that are held, the clubs that are there. Now fortunately in Qom province, two or three very good clubs have been established, and we can with competitions that are standard and competitions that the federation allows us, the championships that are there, we can get for hosting, which we have this potential and this is my request. We can use and benefit a bit from the escape of capital and attracting new people.
Very well. Now this problem is also in Qazvin province. That is, you, Qazvin and Qom, which are the closest provinces to Tehran, and apart from Alborz, which has become a province for a few years, this has always been a problem. They have gone, that is, it can be said that many of even the good kids of Qom were very good. You, for example, Alireza, Alireza was one of the talents of your city who went to Tehran and settled, and many other kids. Now I may not mention Alireza's name, I apologize to him. And Qazvin is the same. That is, even many good owners are now keeping horses in Tehran.
If I want to speak very clearly and colloquially with the kids, that is, with human resources in Qom province, what challenges do you have? What is your challenge? Here again, the same challenge we have with Tehran. The kids compare Tehran and Qom because they are seeing it. They say, sir, why, for example, are our competitions not like Tehran province, the training they have there is not like us, and stories like this. Because they are directly comparing with Tehran. While we do not have the same statistical community as Tehran, we have a competition that we hold in Qom.
Currently, we have up to 35 riders, which can reach 40 to 45 people in different categories. This means that at best, when everyone participates, 45 horses and 45 people participate in these categories. However, Tehran province is not like this. On the day I took the statistics, I saw that three areas in Tehran province held competitions: باشگاه ذوالجناح, باشگاه بام or آزمون (if I'm not mistaken), and باشگاه شهدا. Looking at their list, they had 630 or 660 participants, the total for these three clubs.
We cannot be compared to Tehran. The kids see there and make comparisons. I request that our kids have pride in their own province, and if there is a shortage, we work together to compensate for the shortages so that we can honor the provincial board and their own province and bring progress and development, God willing.
Currently, how many active and licensed clubs do you have in Qom province? We have 7 licensed clubs, of which four clubs are active in the jumping discipline, and three clubs are active in the racing discipline. We also have racing, and we have recently started the show riding committee. We have established a committee product that is good for the kids.
They have an extraordinary statistical community and very strong potential. I have seen some of their clubs. Of course, they do not have a license, but we are organizing and insuring them to get a license and hold their competitions. We have also promised them a competition to organize a good national competition for Qom with their cooperation, God willing. They have very good horses and a statistical community of about 6,700 people. Yes, but unfortunately, they were not given importance or organized in previous periods, which, God willing, we have the mission to do. Our racing club is the same. Our race is held in the قنوات area. They have several horses and riders. The number of riders is somewhat limited, but they have many horses. They have about twenty to thirty proper racing horses, with three or four horses currently placing in گنبد. Yes, Mr. لک and Mr. سعادتمند are there.
Their horses run in گنبد every week and achieve positions. Just last week, they came first. Now they are organizing races here, and we have planned a season for them. But given the conditions of Qom province, which is somewhat warm and desert-like, we mostly hold it in the second half of the year and during occasions, celebrations, and on February 11th and such times. How many licensed coaches do you have?
Unfortunately, we have licensed coaches, but they have gone to Tehran and settled there. Yes, it was held here, but now they are busy in Tehran. As I am telling you now, there are two people who have a license in Qom and are active. The population of Qom province is about two million and 500 thousand and above. Yes, now what planning have you done as the head of the board for the younger generation and the foundational kids?
I have a request from the federation because the current federation has improved a bit. This was not the case before. There was a guard against separating education from Tehran, wanting everything to be centralized in Tehran. If we can, with the help of the federation, set up a series of training for the foundations in the provinces, not just Qom, but provinces that have the potential. Fortunately, Qom has the potential.
We also organized a few good competitions, and they came and saw the potential so that we can consider a few good federation coaches to come to Qom or other provinces. In short, the kids receive the necessary training educationally, and since it is held in Qom, these competitions and training in other provinces lead to progress and attract them. Parents see and do not want to spend on a simple matter like education. I think the attraction would be much more, and the feedback would be much better.
Finally, with the connections and potential you have, take action yourself. Certainly, the federation's lake holds a clinic.
That wants to do an official job. Now, because it's about judging, coaching, and handling, and wants to present an official certificate. But you have the potential, go yourself and, for example, talk to a coach or trainer and bring this coach through a contract, say for a year, and create conditions that everyone is obliged to come and participate. Yes, where is this challenge? It is our mission to be able to hold a meeting with the province's clubs and talk to them to reach a conclusion with a focused thought and collective wisdom and invite a coach that everyone agrees on and send the riders and their things for training. This is a new task because they might think something is going to happen.
Convince them and set a program and law for it to bring a coach from Tehran, and the coach misbehaves and, as they say, takes the cream of the work and leaves. Exactly, it happened in previous years, and there were very good investments in the province, but well, they left Qom. Even now, Tehran.
Alborz province is close to Tehran, but their statistics are much higher than Qom and Qazvin provinces. If someone goes, it does not show. But Qom is not like this. We have very good potential to work. This requires us to join hands. Well, Mr. طباطبایی, anyway, I, due to a year of working in Qom, and the reality is that I lived and competed with the kids in its community, my perception is that one of the challenges you have in this area is that.
Many of the kids who are active here and reside in Qom do not comply anywhere. Yes, well, I have this understanding. What does the larger management person, now responsible for this larger system, do as the person in charge of this system? I think the kids have a series of old and outdated thoughts towards each other in their minds. These should be set aside, and we should come together and be able to.
At least make that good event happen for our province. I request from them if we set up an educational program, God willing, because we have given our educational program and have a sports calendar for competitions that have been registered and approved in the sports department. We can, God willing, join hands. I say the kids come to work. This requires that we hold a competition, and the other clubs and coaches come to give life to their province's competition and come with all their might. If we set up training.
This should not be the case that, for example, we now want to do a new job, as you mentioned, a coach is invited to come, for example, a few people register, well, this feedback can be very bad for at least myself, that sir, we did this job, they did not come because this has happened before, but I would like all the kids and coaches who are active in the club to join hands to create this prosperity, and I, as the head of the board, try to create this consensus between the club and the coach.
With the meetings we hold between them and the interaction we try to establish, yes, it is my duty to do this to expand the equestrian discipline in the province, I extend a helping hand towards them, hopefully they will come and we can, yes, come to the field and with a collective wisdom create this event for Qom. One of the very important things is that those who are performers, because no matter how much energy you put in, time you spend, plan, I don't know, gather resources to do something, if the performer in the middle of the field does not do the work.
The club has a coach and a student, if they do not come to the heart of the work, the work will not come out. This is really something we have to do, not only in Qom but all over Iran, we all have to come and take responsibility to the extent of ourselves. I hope that everyone who listens to this podcast really thinks about what our share for the future is, to the extent that if tomorrow we have to leave this world, at least we can say, sir, we created a share somewhere and moved it forward. A question, how many weeks of interviews do you have in a year? Last year we held twenty-seven competitions, considering the heat we had, I think it was not a bad statistic, yes, it was a relatively good statistic.
But this year we came and looked at our competitions a little more specialized, we gave a calendar for the first 6 months, we said, sir, for the first 6 months we have such a story and such programs, I think we considered about 9 weeks of competition for the first six months, and the fourth week will be held at the end of June, meaning the week we held was held on the date announced, and the second six months, considering the weather conditions and.
The shortcomings of the first 6 months, we held six months, we can create better competitions for the second 6 months. What challenges do you have with the federation as a head of the board in all areas, because unfortunately, every president of the federation has come, first it was Tehran, yes, and this geography with such vastness, this.
Population of 90 million people, really all in the main class, we all gathered in one place and to achieve our goals, we always feel that we have to go to Tehran. What challenge do you have with the federation that you feel should be said and a new decision made about it? First of all, I earnestly request from my officials that the equestrian federation should get rid of these challenges and sidelines sooner and hold an electoral assembly. We in the assemblies, all the provinces had this challenge that, sir, decentralization from the federation.
Be removed from Tehran, whether it is the issue of education or the issue of competitions. There are many provinces that are very powerful and with high potentials. I think, at least I claim that in Qom we have a club, we have clubs that are equal to Tehran and maybe even better because newly established in terms of infrastructure, we have provided this infrastructure so that the private sector can come and support it.
Competitions that, well, I am not saying now to give adults, for example, to the provinces, now a competition that I can, like Honor, like Zaycheh championships, give to the provinces so that they are seen, sir, the head of the board who is holding it in a province, a good expert comes and sees, approves according to international standards, our children come, these competitions are given to the provinces, this causes the prosperity of the whole country, this benefit returns to the federation itself, the boards.
The boards grow, the provinces are seen, their infrastructures are seen, the riders who are in that province, their population increases, and it can even cause their prosperity, and this flight of our capitals can be reversed when we have big competitions in the province, the condition of our board will definitely be better, and we can, I say this reverse, the capital that went, the coaches that went, I earnestly request from the federation to remove this centralization from Tehran for the benefit.
Many of the provinces that, in short, were developing and growing and even strong. The last word, the last word, I thank all our kids, I extend a hand of cooperation towards them, I ask the honorable federation to value the provinces, and this valuing causes the power of the provinces and the power of the federation itself, yes, thank you, thank you for taking the time, be healthy, and I hope that these programs help the kids who are in cities, whether in the province or in other cities, really think about it and we can come up with a plan that we.
Expand the population because the bigger the market, the more good and blessing for all of us, God willing, at the end of the year, I thank you, in short, you are creating the mission of the media across the country for the first time, and this is a very important and big job, I thank you, I hope you enjoyed listening to these talks and you, as a member of the equestrian community, if you have a solution, if you have a keyword, if.
You can take a share for the advancement of this sport to the extent of yourself, do not hesitate. I am Mohsen Pourheidari at Radio Chaharal, ready for any cooperation to advance the equestrian community, at the service of all dear ones, hoping for the prosperity of Iran and Iranians until the next episode, take care of yourselves.
